Hmmm, As the response to the last post, I present my previous post, which actually contains TWO of the words in the last post. So in reality, I posted the follow up post prior to the last post being posted, and it even had two of the follow up words. I am I really that psychic that I can post the follow up before the other post is even posted. Never mind, I'm lost. But still, a very unusual occurrence I'm sure.

Turn Your Radio On! - Ray Stevens-------------------------------------------------------------- Wow. Thought it'd take forever before I could find a related song so I could throw in some info on Ray Stevens!
So, without further ado.....here goes.
The guy on the right holding the rifle is me.
I was on a 3 year tour of duty with a Marine Amtrack (the big green thing in the water) unit in Gulfport, MS when Ray Stevens' manager visited our Commanding Officer and requested permission to use one of our vehicles for an album cover. Our higher headquarters said ok, and some of us got to be in the photoshoot. If you ever get a chance to see the back cover of the album, I'm leaning up against a palm tree talking to a girl in a bikini. I still have the autographed copy of the album.
The interesting side story is that I had met Ray Stevens in Nashville years before at a party when I was a very young lad (actualy not legally old enough to be at parties like those), and my hometown is also Nashville, Tennessee. I had met some people involved with the country music business when I was a teenager and ended up going to many studio recording sessions, television shows, various music stars homes & a lot of parties and jam sessions. There are more connections in my life story with music, Nashville, Gulfport, and the Marine Corps, but I'm saving that for the book.

(Sorry if I'm breaking the song game rules here, but I just can't resist adding this one)

I wouldn't consider that breaking the rules, maybe bending them a little I'd say. Anyway the song game kinda got stagnant with "bodies" being the key word. I certainly couldn't think of song with that word. So, we can move on now with your entry. Thanks.
